I gave up worrying about what "America's Choice" may be long ago, when I decided it didn't matter what I voted for.

It really seems there are few surprises when it comes to giving the audience a chance to dip their toes into the ocean of the game. Whatever would be the most dramatic option, the one that production would choose if they could, seems to always be what America chooses.

When was the last time you were truly surprised by what we picked?

Unless production can come up with a way to keep us informed as to how voting is going, and provides us with believable (verifiable?) outcomes, I will simply accept that the entire "America's Choice" option is another way for production to pick their option and have it happen.

I don't and never have believed it matters what anyone wants the outcome to be... We could have set up a campaign for Cameron or Kevin or whoever we were impressed with that outshines the last US Presidential campaign, and it wouldn't matter... Paul was going to be given that first Temptation!

Production didn't like what we chose Season 1, so they made sure we didn't actually have a role in the game any time since. IMO, this includes America's Favorite Player and the prize that goes with it.

Look at it this way: at least we don't have to pay to "participate" any more!

xx * My sentiments exactly! After last season's 'America's Gift' flop I thought they'd drop it. NT
