Cody feels safe with his meat packers, but they all seem to have lives outside the freezer he lives in. They, I hope, knew before the Temptations were announced, that they needed to be flexible – adaptable. Cody is a tool with one purpose and it’s good to have that if you need it, but it’s not the best tool to have to make life easier.
Mark is with him, and not. Mark is talking to others — talking, not listening only (important fact to notice). Matt, at least, seems to see light outside the freezer. And the tan makes me know he likes to be in the sun.
Cody makes battle plans with a map from BB War I while the terrain is very different out there now, as are the weapons of war.
His showmance is Mata Hari to his giggling boy. He is putty in her hands and she is talking more than to just to him, as well. He’s going to look up from the plan he thinks is foolproof and realize they’re all gone.
I’d like to see him go next week, but that may be too soon. AND, there are twists and turns we don’t know yet. I hold out hope that it can happen.
