I don't think any of them have really trusted him since. They "welcomed" him back more for convenience and his vote, but he's the logical one to target again once Nicole is out of the way. It's also smarter to do it now than it was 3 weeks ago when there were others in the house he might have run to to try and flip the house. Doing it now leave him with no other votes to try and sway. Although in a DE, there's no time to sway them anyway so it's kinda moot.
