CBS becuz not everyone having problems has Time Warner so thats another line of BS. CBS probably doesnt have enough bandwidth NT

The bandwidth doesn't come from CBS - it comes from their provider, Akamai. NT

Have you tried to reset/power cycle your modems. Disconnect the power and cable from the modem. Wait a minute then rehook everything back up NT
