Liver jerky –

One pound liver

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp kelp

2 tsp black pepper

˝ to 1 tsp cayenne peper

1 tablespoon vinegar

Marinade overnight

Dehydrate or bake at 225 degrees until the liver is the properly level of chewiness for your taste. Use organic, grass fed animals to get the liver. Organ meats are great for your teeth, your skeleton and your brain.
