Why is it loading, loading, loading?
Our release yesterday was not a full production release. You won’t see this behavior once we are in full production later today.
Why did you wait so long to test? Isn’t this poor planning?
We have been testing for the past month, but the final 24 hour ramp up to going live requires that we move a beta experience that will be a bit buggy. This is necessary for us to optimize the video delivery. We are focused on successfully going live this evening.
Why can’t we use Real Player anymore? Why did you change it?
Our new platform will deliver higher resolution, higher quality video more reliably with better performance. It also enables more social interaction and sharing.
I hate the chat balloons / bubbles!
We will improve the balloon presentation to make them less intrusive, and we’ll put in a switch to turn off the balloons altogether. This is a high priority fix.
I can’t chat in full screen
Going in and out of full screen mode when you enter text is a limitation of Flash, designed as a security precaution to prevent applications from spoofing your desktop. We’re working on a pop out player solution that could be used side by side with chat. Stay tuned.
Other users can take my user name!
This is a bug and will be fixed.
I can’t find my room! I can’t find my friends!
We’re pushing out enhancements soon that will make this easier. Stay tuned
Why only 22 users per room!
We’re working through solutions that would enable more people to join a room, but these may take longer than some of our other fixes.
